Designed technology tools, marketing campaigns and a pipeline management platform to recruit agents to join the real estate brokerage.

Business Development Consultant: Served as an independent advisor to clients of the Cypress Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on multi-unit restaurant owners. Provided operational and financial guidance for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and other strategic transactions. Implemented complex solutions for business reorganization during the great-recession, including expense reduction, related party and third-party obligations, debt restructuring and capital raising.

Project Analyst: Supported managing directors through research projects, investment analysis, tax and estate planning and the development of presentation materials to provide comprehensive solutions to high net worth clients. Developed an internal technology platform to measure Atlantic Trust's business development pipeline and manage client relationships -- a pre Salesforce CRM.

Construction Management & Land Development Intern: Spent over one year learning about the business of production home building and the development of master planned communities. Served as an onsite project manager for the development of over 200 acres for a planned unit development. Additionally, I supervised construction trades and coordinated building permitting and inspection for over 35 homes under construction concurrently.
US National Road Cycling Team
A close friend encouraged me to try road cycling in high school and the rest was history. I spent five years competing on the professional level and enjoyed the opportunity to represent the United States of America in Europe and Asia. I was the top American in the 1999 Tour de Hokkaido (Japan) and in 2000 earned an invitation to the US Olympic Team Trials. I reached the podium in countless events, earned a US National Championship, and was once ranked the 16th fastest American and 6th fastest Under-23. I continue riding for fun today!
